Preparing leaf samples for clearing and staining

Set up the lab workspace and collect all necessary equipment and reagents for leaf sample preparation. Ensure all materials are organized and accessible before beginning the protocol.

Choose appropriate leaf samples and prepare them for the clearing and staining procedure. Remove any debris or damaged portions from the leaves.
