Learn that Fiji is based on ImageJ and contains thousands of useful plugins for scientific image processing and analysis.
Navigate to Plugins, then Macros, then Run to locate and open the Autoflux file from the ImageJMacro directory.
Choose the directory where your micrographs are stored, ensuring they follow the required naming scheme from the instructions.
Select the demo file containing Flux versus Time micrographs and execute the macro to begin processing.
The macro generates TIFF files for each micrograph, including separate channel files from your scan data.
A time file is created that records and prints out the original acquisition time information for each processed micrograph.
