Washing cells with ES cell medium

Steps

Remove medium containing dye

After 15 minutes of incubation, carefully remove the culturing medium that contains the dye from the cells. Handle gently to avoid disturbing the cell layer.

Add fresh culturing medium

Add approximately 2ml of fresh culturing medium to the cells to replace the removed dye-containing medium. Continue handling gently throughout this process.

Incubate cells at 37 degrees

Place the cells in the incubator and incubate at 37 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes to allow the free dye to be removed and cells to recover.
